Please note that you enter the Placecol Skin Care Clinic at your own risk.

 

We will not be held responsible for any death, theft, damage, injury, loss or misfortune (“harm”) that may occur while you are in the Placecol Skin Care Clinic, other than where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you.

 

Where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you, we will still not be liable for such harm where we did not know that the products were defective when we received them, where we could not reasonably have been expected to have known that the products were defective or where products became defective due to us complying with instructions provided to us by a third party.

 

 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for sufficient consultation time.

 

If you arrive late for an appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time or, if there is not sufficient time to complete your treatment, we may need to cancel your treatment entirely.

 

 

Products purchased by you are only returnable or refundable in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please read the back of your till slip carefully for further information in this regard.

 

 

Certain treatments are not recommended for people with medical conditions. Please inform the reception desk and/or your therapist if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions which may potentially be affected by a treatment.

 

 

Please be considerate and let us know at least 24 (Twenty Four) hours in advance if you need to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a time that is most convenient for you, but we can never guarantee that the appointment that you want will be available. If you give us less than 24 (Twenty Four) hours’ notice of your need to cancel an appointment, or do not arrive for your appointment, we reserve the right, in our discretion, to charge you a reasonable penalty fee if we cannot find someone else to take your place.

 

 

We reserve the right to ask any person to leave the Placecol Skin Care Clinic if they are offending or disturbing other customers, therapist and/or staff members.
